In this interactive and practical workshop, participants will learn how to design, collect, and communicate effective outcome measures that demonstrate both the heart and the results of their nonprofit work. Designed for nonprofits of all sizes, this training will equip participants to align performance metrics with mission outcomes—boosting their ability to attract funding, report to stakeholders, and serve communities with excellence.
You’ll learn to balance quantitative data (numbers) and qualitative insights (stories) to build credibility, meet compliance, and guide strategic growth.
